Join us this Friday, November 3rd, at the St. Bernard Courthouse for a training on Arguments!
This training will contain a lecture by Keith Couture on the art of Arguments: Opening and Closing. The lecture will include the use of PowerPoints, demonstrative aids and information on effective techniques in preparing, developing, styling, and delivering opening and closing arguments to jurors in a criminal case. There will also be an interactive portion where participants will perform an opening or closing argument with a problem/topic provided to them or with an actual case that they are currently handling. We encourage those who attend to bring a case they are working on!
