Got to do some work on a 2023 Ford Focus dual phase steel in the B-post, top and bottom sections. The Hinge pillar is formed from dual-phase 600-grade steel.

The new Ford Focus is built with 45 to 50 percent dual phase steel and boron steel. Makes the car super lightweight for fuel efficiency and extreme impacts. Serious metal. Did these cuts with a Hurst 799 cutter.
