A consultation is NOT just asking, “So, what are we doing today?” 👏🏾

In this raw Loc Damage Assessment, my client presented with several concerns, including separation within her loc strands. But before discussing a service, we had to understand WHY it was happening.

🎓 This is where education matters.

We discussed the stages of loc development, assessed the integrity of her loc strands, identified the damage, and addressed how repeatedly tying a loc into knots can weaken and compromise the strand.

Then I took it a step further—I demonstrated the correction. 🎯

• IDENTIFY the cause—not just the symptom
• EDUCATE your client and dispel misinformation
