The Story Behind Porte Rouge

Porte Rouge was born during one of the most defining seasons of my life.

As I navigated separation and divorce, I found myself standing at the beginning of a new chapter.

My two children were still young, and every decision I made was guided by my desire to create a life filled with stability, love, and hope for them.

I was also blessed with my first grandchild, and spending meaningful time with her became a reminder that life’s greatest treasures are found in the moments we share with those we love.

During that journey, I discovered something unexpected—I possessed a perspective that allowed me to see possibility even in difficult seasons. Instead of allowing life’s challenges to define me, I chose to let them refine me.

My path became one of self-discovery, spiritual growth, healing, and intentional living.

I learned that every woman has the ability to redesign her future, not by forgetting her past, but by embracing the strength, wisdom, and purpose it has given her.

From that journey, Porte Rouge—Hope and Joy for the Woman’s Soul was created.

Porte Rouge is more than a name. It is an invitation for women to walk through a new door—a door of hope, healing, purpose, and possibility.

It is a place where women are encouraged to dream again, create a vision for their lives, establish meaningful goals, and pursue a future filled with confidence and fulfillment.

My hope is that every woman who encounters Porte Rouge is reminded that no matter where her journey has taken her, she still has the power to write the next chapter.
