Looking for something to do this weekend? We’ve got you covered! Join us on Saturday, February 10th from 3-5PM at Mercado on Fifth (423 12th Street) for the Moline Riverfront ‘Love the River’ Celebration. The celebration will have fun for all — featuring family-friendly activities and attractions including free professional Valentines-themed photos, a Valentines-inspired decorating station, and local sweet treats and refreshments. Free parking will be available to the north of the building.

We need YOUR feedback! We took the ideas you shared in October to come up with 3 design concepts for the riverfront! This is YOUR OPPORTUNITY to tell the project team what you want and don’t want for the future of Moline’s riverfront. Which riverfront concept is your favorite? Let us know! The project team will give a quick presentation — covering the project background, community vision, and design concepts — starting promptly at 3:10 PM. 🌟🎓 The LULAC National Scholarship Fund (LNSF) is inviting LULAC Councils to partner with us to make a real difference in our communities!

Our partnerships are the strength that allows us to support youth in underserved communities and make college enrollment a reality. Under the LNSF partnership program, LULAC Councils raise scholarship funds in their communities and LNESC supplements the money raised by the councils’ effort with funds raised from corporations and individual donors. As such, we can work together with our LULAC Councils to maximize impact and continue to empower our students!

This year’s LNSF Participating Guidelines can be found here: tinyurl.com/lnsfpartneragreement

🧑🏽‍💻 We encourage you to join us at our webinar on Feb 7, 2024 at 5 PM ET to learn more. RSVP by Feb 5 to [email protected]
