If you've been waiting…
The results are in, and wow, did we put up a hell of a fight! Three total unknowns took on four entrenched incumbents with deep community ties, and a union campaigning for them-and we came so close to shaking things up all on our own!! I bet we had them sweating! Is this the beginning? The end? Who knows—but I promise you haven’t heard the last of us. This election opened my eyes wide to just how vital these roles are for our community. Big respect to anyone brave enough to step into the ring—it’s no cakewalk, and people don’t always see what’s at stake until it hits them, but it was 100 percent worth it! I've learned soo much and if our efforts got more people to pay attention than that's a victory in itself! I’m rooting for the new superintendent and Congrats to the four incumbents—you’ve got my attention, I’ll be watching, and I’m still pushing . So, better bring your A-game!
