I don’t grow red flowers so I can’t post a cute patriotic floral arrangementšŸ¤·šŸ¼ā€ā™€ļø

Luffas are the weirdest plants!
I started these from seed in January! They germinated so slow, like seriously 3 weeks. I’m not exaggerating when I say that they had only 3 leaves per plant for 4 months! Then all of a sudden I look in the bed and their vines are 3 feet long and rambling all over the placešŸ˜‚šŸ˜‚šŸ˜‚
so is going okay I guessšŸ¤·šŸ¼ā€ā™€ļø

This year I’ve experimented with trellising tomatoes, and let me tell you I’m so thankful I did! This is a 1x3 foot bed and it has 3 giant tomato plants in it! I have super limited sun in my yard so it’s important to use all available space. The key to trellising tomatoes is to remove the suckers that way they vine rather than bush.

Hello BeautifulšŸŒž
This guy is about 12 feet tall. In a short time this bloom will easily be a foot across. These flowers amaze meā¤ļø

THE TEDDY BEARS ARE HERE.
Evan and I were gone for 5 days, and it was so exciting to come home to teddy bear sunflowers! I used cauliflower greens, romaine lettuce and chamomile as filler and I love the way it turned out!

Update on my kitchen garden! This is the first space I revamped at my new house. I can’t wait for my summer bloomers to pop! I have dinner plate dahlias, salvias, cosmos and sunflowers all getting ready to bloomšŸ’›

I’ve created a poppy!! No seriously. This semi double lavender papaver was crossed in my garden last year, and I’ve been blessed with a new variety! I’m going to try to stabilize it now! Can you guess what it’s parents are?
Ps. Don’t mind the insect damage.

Is it just me, or does this rose look like a peony? Well I’m in lovešŸ˜
One of my favorite parts of my new yard is getting to see what all the roses are! So far I’ve been blessed with a yellow David Austin climber, a beautiful magenta tea rose, and this beauty! I’m still nursing four sick baby roses back to health, can’t wait to see what they are!
