Some of the strongest people you know may simply be really good at carrying things quietly. They show up, make people laugh, take care of everyone else, and keep moving forward while fighting battles most people know nothing about.

That’s why checking in, kindness, and paying attention matter. You don’t have to have the perfect words or know how to fix what someone is going through. Sometimes simply reminding someone that they don’t have to carry it alone can mean more than you realize.

September is Su***de Prevention Awareness Month. If you or someone you love is struggling, call or text 988 to reach the Su***de & Crisis Lifeline. You are worth staying for. 💛

Some days, teachers walk into the classroom carrying their own exhaustion, worries, and very full plates, and somehow still make sure the children in front of them feel welcomed, wanted, and worthy of their time.

Students may never know how tired you were on the days you gave them your patience anyway. But they’ll remember how it felt to be around an adult who never made them feel like they were too much.

That kind of patience matters more than you know. 💛
Send this to a teacher who needs the reminder tonight.

I have been like this since I started teaching… even very common words have been turned into something they weren’t supposed to at times. We all do this, right? I was very taken back when someone thought it was weird. 🤣 #67

Sometimes looking too far ahead makes everything feel heavier. We convince ourselves we need answers, a plan, or some certainty about how things will work out before we can keep moving.

You don't have to figure out your whole life today. You don't even have to know what comes next. Sometimes your only job is to make it through today and give tomorrow a chance to meet you there. 💛
