Dear Covenant Family,
What a blessing it has been to be part of Covenant Christian School. This school has been a vital part of my children’s lives. The school has flourished under the leadership of Mr. Currie, and the time has come for him to step down from his responsibilities as principal. He has touched countless lives and families through his 30 plus year career. We would like to give him the proper send off on June 19th. The school is in need of donations in order to make this happen. I would ask that you pray about how you can help us celebrate Mr. Currie. If you feel led to donate, you can do so by contacting the church office or sending a check to Covenant Christian School FTP. Please designate the funds for Mr. Currie’s retirement celebration. Thank you in advance for blessing Mr. Currie and his family as he has done for so many years to our families.

We're all about connecting families, supporting our staff, and building a stronger CCS community.
I can't believe that it is the end of another school year. I wanted to remind you about the used uniform sale at the school is June 4th and June 5th. This sale blesses you, other families, and the school. You will get 70% and school gets 30% of sale price. I have seen this sale bless many families with being able to afford uniforms.
Please read the email that was sent on May 12th regarding instructions and uniform changes for next year.
The two uniform pieces that are being taken out can be used for school year 20-21 and after that they are no longer part of uniform code. So, please price accordingly.
If you need a resale number text or call me at 406-1588

Hello Covenant family. I hope everyone is doing well during this crazy time. I wanted to give y’all an update on things happening at the school. We may not currently be in school but that does not prevent us from making improvements that we committed to early in the year. The playground shade is in place and looks great. I would like to thank everyone that donated in order to make this a better playground for the kids. I look forward to seeing the kids run around this playground.

I watched an amazing thing happen today. I watched a school family come together in difficult times and come up with a solution to allow our kids to continue to learn and grow. Our teachers and staff have put a lot of time this week on short notice to make sure this solution is ready for prime time. It was awesome for them to be able to see their teacher’s and classmates even though we are not able to be at school. Please continue to be patient with the process. This is what makes the Covenant family what it is.
Does anyone have an extra we**am and microphone set up that Covenant could borrow? The school is in search of 5 we**ams to borrow until they are able to find and purchase them. If you are able to assist in this matter, please call the school office.
Covenant Family,
There is a new update regarding the school's plan regarding the Covid virus. I believe the leadership has done a great job taking the appropriate amount of time to make the best decision for families with information that is changing by the hour. Please continue to pray for our school family and our nation as we face this unprecedented time. Please be patient with staff and your kids as we all figure out online school together. Take this time of limited activities to spend quality time with your family and get creative with activities.

Covenant family,
I hope everyone is well. Please check your email for the latest communication from Mr. Curry regarding the Covid plan. Please know that this decision has been prayed about and discussed in depth in order to do what is best for the staff, students, and families of Covenant. I know everyone has an opinion on what should be done. I ask that we stay united as a school and look for ways to help each other through this unprecedented time. We are living in the history that some of these kids will study about in the future. Please be in prayer for our leaders, healthcare workers, and those that will face this each and every day at work. I will be attending a board meeting on Thursday night. Please feel free to reach out to me if you have something specific you would like for me to discuss.
