⭐️ Registration is now open for the 2026 Mississippi Assistive Technology Conference in partnership with TK Martin Center & MDRS Project START ⭐️

This one-day professional development event will provide 6.25 CEU hours of assistive technology training and is designed for professionals across all areas of assistive technology service. Participants will have the opportunity to explore practical, application-focused strategies and emerging technologies that enhance access and independence. CEU approved from MSU for educators, PT Board Approval and more coming soon!

✅ The conference will feature sessions on:

• Integration of multiple assistive technologies

• SMART technology solutions

• Low-tech and easy-tech tools and strategies

• Vendor and exhibitor demonstrations

• A funding resources and options panel

MIoD was well represented this week at the Mega disAbility Conference with presentations from Rebecca (assistive technology), Eric (adaptive driving) 🚗, Dr. Wildmon and Anna Grace (Bridges to Speak)🗣️, Drs. Ahonle & Castle (Career Horizons Project), Dr. Stratton-Gadke (MIoD overview), and exhibit tables from Jamey, Hannah, and Lori for CHP & TKMC!
