Q&A with Chris & Melissa at 12:45 PM Pacific daylight time. We hope to see you there. All group and premium group members are required to attend one zoom meeting before the end of 2026. The next opportunity will be October 25 at 3 PM Pacific daylight time for our group meeting led by Rich Sab on incorporating mobility into your Jiu Jitsu training. We plan to have a couple of meetings in November and December as well.

Topic: Creating an Inclusive Training Environment
Join the Combat Base Club Members as we discuss topics that pertain to running a group, gym or academy. All Premium and Group Members are required to attend two meetings per year.
In September, we will be led by Jesse Walker from Rough Hand Jiu Jitsu in Louisville, Kentucky. Rough Hands has approximately equal numbers of men and women on the mat. They also have success with keeping older grapplers on the mat. Jesse will speak on “Creating an Inclusive Training Environment” and then lead a discussion.
