Junior Achievement Serving St. Joseph County Junior Achievement serving St. Joseph County's mission is to inspire and prepare young people to own their economic success.

JA is the world's largest organization dedicated to giving young people the knowledge and skills they need to own their economic success, plan for their future, and make smart academic and economic choices. JA programs are delivered by corporate and community volunteers, and provide relevant, hands-on experiences that give students from K-12 knowledge and skills in financial literacy, work readiness and entrepreneurship.

Earlier this week, the Junior Achievement of Northern Indiana team came together for our first ever JANI Conference!

It was a great opportunity to learn more about our different teams and programs, look ahead at what’s to come, connect with coworkers, and share ideas through networking and collaboration.

All of our staff enjoyed two days filled with learning, connection, celebration, and excitement for the year ahead!

After an incredible inaugural event last year, we’re excited to bring JA JobSpark North Central back to the Century Center on March 17–18, 2027!

JA JobSpark gives thousands of regional 8th and 9th grade students the opportunity to explore careers through hands-on, interactive experiences with local employers and industry professionals.

We’re currently looking for:
• Exhibitors ready to bring their industry to life for students
• Sponsors who want to support career exploration and help build our region’s future workforce
