Happy New Year.
After 26 years, it is with a heavy heart that we must announce the annual MCHS Band Craft Fair will no longer continue.
Fortunately, the MCHS Choir has decided to host a modified version to take its place on February 24th. Should you have any questions, please contact Molly Babyak at: [email protected]. Thank you to all vendors, visitors, and hard working volunteers who have supported this worth fundraiser and made it so successful for so many years.

Hello Fellow Crafters,
We have posted some photos from Craft Fair 2017. While we tried several new ideas last year, some were successful and some need a little tweeking. We have decided to change our policy for 2018, and limit the number of vendors selling the same product. So you'll want to get your applications in when they become available!
Our Food Court area was a big hit, but our new Cafetorium layout had some challenges. We learned a lot from this year's event and hope to better that experience for 2018. MCHS Craft Fair continues to strive to be the best Craft Fair in the area.

Hi Everyone.
Just 3 more days until the MCHS Craft Fair.
We are getting very excited. Our new floor plan is complete and we have just under 140 vendors this year! We are happy to have a wide variety of vendors. We've got handmade signs, candy, jewelry, up-cycled furniture, Comic Books,Yard and Garden Art, Wood Art, photography and a variety of clothing and crochet.
We also have a great selection of food vendors. Dock Rotz is supplying soups and salads, Taco Burrito King has you favorite Mexican dishes, Pizza 4 U has tasty pizza and Buffalo Wild Wings is bringing their famous wings to the Craft Fair for the first time.
This year the first 400 guests will get an MCHS Craft Fair shopping bag! Our famous basket raffle is also returning. Besides baskets we are raffling off a hand made wooden bench, and a hand painted metal sign.
Admission is $2 for Adults, $1 for Seniors and students, and kids 12 and under are free.
Our kids area will be back with games and a balloon artist.
We hope you can join us and help support the MCHS Marching Indians! See you Saturday.

Hello everyone!
We are just 6 weeks from our 26th Annual Craft Fair-- February 25, 2017, from 9:00 a.m.to 3:00 p.m.

Admission is $2/Adults, $1/Seniors, and kids 12 and under are free. We will have our famous basket raffle, and this year we are also including a gorgeous hand made bench and a hand painted sign to raffle along with our beautiful baskets.
Our children's area is also coming back, which will include face painting, games and a balloon artist.

After contemplating the issues that have plagued the vendors located in our small gym, we have decided to eliminate that area of our venue. For the first time, we have decided to open our beautiful cafetorium up to accommodate our vendors. By doing so, we are able to house 20 more vendors than our small gym space. In addition, the area is very open and bright, since the Cafetorium has a wall of floor to ceiling windows. We are excited to offer this to our vendors, and are eager to see how this improvement makes our Craft Fair even more successful.
There is still time to join us. The deadline for contracts to be received is Saturday, February 18th.

Hello Fellow Crafters and Shoppers.

The MCHS Craft Fair Co-Chairs are gearing up for our 26th season, and we are eager to announce that this year we will be having a whole new exciting layout, discontinuing set up in the small gym.
We will keep you updated, as we are still in the planning stages at this point.

The Boosters have made every effort to make the MCHS Craft Fair the biggest and best in the area. We have read all of the surveys, and we take your comments very seriously. It should be noted that sometimes, we have no control over some of the suggestions we receive.

Primarily, we are unable to give out preassigned table numbers when we process your application. When a new vendor is registered, we try our VERY BEST to accommodate all requests and not place a vendor next to a vendor selling similar items. Our best advice is get your application and payment in as soon as possible.
In addition, when you are filling out the application, please be as accurate as possible when listing what you intend to sell, because this helps us with placement.

This past year was our most successful to date. We had approximately 900 visitors, over 140 vendors, and 50 baskets in our raffle.
In honor of our 25th anniversary, we decided to have a vendor raffle, which made it possible for a one lucky vendor to get their space refunded, We also included face painting, a balloon artist and bozo buckets for the kids.

MCHS is known for it's excellent student volunteers--all band and guard students! We have heard that there are many Craft Fairs that do not offer this student based help, and we take pride that our band/guard students are active participants in this fundraiser.

With MCHS Craft Fair just over a week away, our vendor spots are completely filled!! We are unable to accept any more contracts at this time. We have almost 140 vendors this year!! Please come out and see what we've got. There should be something for everyone!!
Pottery, jewelry, wreaths, up cycled furniture, comics, toys, photography, clothing, wood art, glass art, home decor, yard art, books...even a vendor who will help you make a hand made silk scarf.
We are getting very excited.
Don't forget...the first 200 visitors get a commemorative shopping bag! See you on the 20th!

We are just 2 weeks away from MCHS Craft Fair 2016. Our 25th anniversary may be the best craft fair yet! We are just about near capacity and will be featuring many first timers. We have over 120 vendors, and there should be something for everyone! We look forward to seeing you all there.

We are just 18 days away from the 2016 MCHS Craft Fair. We are very excited to be celebrating our 25th year! We have several special things planned for our Silver Anniversary.

We will be holding a drawing, so that one lucky vendor will be getting their booth space for free, and we are giving away 25th Anniversary commemorative, reusable shopping bags to our first 200 guests!
Response this year has been fantastic, and we are proud to say that we have over 120 vendors attending our show as of today.

We also have some fun things planned for the kids, like Bozo Buckets, face painting and a balloon artist!
We are looking forward to seeing you all come out and support the band. We hope this will be our most successful year ever! See you on February 20th!
