A question I often get from clients is what to eat post-workout. It’s such an important meal when you’re training hard. It helps with recovery and repairing muscles, replenishing energy stores, and fueling us for our next training session. Some of my go-to’s are protein oatmeal, Greek yogurt with berries, and chicken with rice. What’s your favorite post-workout meal?

As a coach, I can give someone all the tools to succeed but it’s ultimately up to them to put in the work outside of our training sessions in the gym.
