Shoutout to one of my newest and most consistent clients, my brother in law! is crushing 5 days/week at the gym following my programming. Not only has he noticed massive changes to his body composition and strength, he has totally fallen in love with weight lifting! đđ˝ So proud. Next up, my sister. đ

#1 Set your minimums : as in AT LEAST 2 days per week of strength training and AT LEAST 1 walk per day. Avoid over scheduling things until youâve crushed 3-4 weeks of a good habit. Then add on.
#2 Book your accountability. Whether itâs a class, a training session, a program that youâve invested in, a friend who you see going to meet up with for that walkâŚhave someone or something that is going to hold you accountable so that a change of mood doesnât cause you to cancel.
#3 Schedule like a CEO. One of the most common traits in highly successful people is that they have incredible time management skills AND they are adaptable. Putting the âminimumsâ in your calendar (the exact time and place) then moving it IF you must so that that calendar event is still accomplished - is how you check things off each week.
