My journey to fitness coaching hasn’t followed a straight path. After serving in the US Army, I went on to earn a PhD in Developmental Psychology and Neuroscience, focusing on oxytocin and chronic pain.🧠
While later working in tech, I realized that my most fulfilling work was happening outside the office: coaching Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and helping people reach their potential. 🥋
Today, I combine that background in neuroscience and human movement to provide individualized online fitness programs and coaching. Whether working with athletes or helping seniors improve balance and mobility, my goal is to apply evidence-based methods to help clients improve their quality of life. 💪🏼
