I'm pretty tired of all the food policing on social media, and just in general.
Unless you harvest your food yourself, it's processed in some shape or form to get to your place. And additives aren't necessarily bad, depending on what they are.
If your body can't digest certain "healthy" foods, then they're not healthy for you.
*If done correctly* certain diets can work out for you. I'm thinking vegan and vegetarian, here. No amount of testimonials will convince me carnivore is healthy, especially in the long-term. (Study up on how kidney stones are formed for an example.)
I am working on getting more plant-based, but the way my body operates makes that complicated. That means I still need animal proteins to get my body what it needs.
You do you, of course, but use caution when looking at influencers, especially when they're selling supplements.
