AWC gives students who are interested in exploring the communications field an opportunity to plan for their future. There are an astonishing number of job options in the communications field and narrowing down a career interest is often overwhelming. Let AWC be your reso

urce to network with professionals, learn about different areas of the communications field, polish your resume and inform you of internship opportunities. AWC holds bi-monthly meetings featuring a successful speaker from the communication field who shares advice and insight into the professional world. AWC meets at 5055 Vilas Hall every other Wednesday night at 7 pm.

A little about Olivia: She graduated from UNC with a journalism degree, worked as a journalist, content marketer and now is an entrepreneur. She currently provides freelance content marketing and reporting for the food and beverage industry.
