Before this work, I spent 14 years in HR and leadership development supporting leaders inside Fortune 500 organizations from the C-suite to the frontline. I worked with leaders navigating growth, pressure, and high-stakes decision-making in environments where responsibility was constant.

I’m so glad you’re here 🤍
Welcome to Unlock Her Co.

If we’re being honest, I’m into deep-conversation so let’s skip the surface stuff and actually get to know each other.

I’m a mom of two, married to my grad school sweetheart, and a born-and-raised Minnesotan who has also lived in Texas and Kentucky.

I spent 14 years climbing the corporate ladder with a master’s degree in Human Resources. Until motherhood cracked me open in the best way. After baby number 2, I found myself asking bigger questions about fulfillment, identity, and how we actually live the lives we’re building.

That journey led me into subconscious and identity-level work and it changed everything.

Today, I am a board accredited master practitioner in all things subconscious reprogramming (NLP, EFT, Hypnotherapy, TIME Techniques), a life coach, success coach, breathwork facilitator and Somatics coach.

I empower women who are smart, capable, accomplished and on the edge of their next evolution to lead from within. Women who are ready to trust themselves, support their nervous system from within, and lead their lives and businesses differently.

Everything I do, from free hypnosis to private immersions to professional training, is grounded in one belief:

You don’t rise to the level of your goals,
You fall to the level of your systems.

And what’s often missed …
Is that it’s not your goals
Or even your external systems that determine the outcome.

It’s the internal system running them both.

If your life were operating like a computer…
Your goals would be the result you want it to produce.
Your external systems would be the applications you install to get there.

But neither works well
If the operating system underneath was never designed to hold the result you’re asking for.

October reminded me what surrender really means✨

There were moments that tested my patience…things I thought would unfold faster, doors I expected to open sooner.

But instead of surrendering into lack like I used to…
This time, I surrendered into the good.
Into what was already being provided.
Into safety, softness, and the truth that God’s timing is always right on time.

It’s been a month of reprogramming what surrender feels like in my body.
From contraction and control to trust and peace.
And as I rested in that, I watched so many beautiful things unfold.

Here are a few of my favorite October moments 🤍👇

1️⃣ Dinner + show with … Celebrating all God is doing through .
2️⃣ Church permanent location opened… So grateful to have a home church at my family loves.
3️⃣ Sold-out meetup… Women tapping into their magic and being fully witnessed.
4️⃣ Somatic certification practice… Deepening my connection to the wisdom in my body and gaining tools to support my clients to do the same with
5️⃣ Leaning into the work… Journaling, prayer, hypnosis, embodiment moments, coaching with .m.costa and lots of presencing in my body.
6️⃣ Fall family moments… Fall festivals, pumpkins, a little chaos, and a lot of love.
7️⃣ strategy getaway with … Dreaming, planning, and doing business differently for 2026. Preparing to help even more women in Minnesota do the same.
8️⃣ Serving clients… Honored to walk beside incredible female entrepreneurs creating their next level in business and life because they said yes to this life changing work.
9️⃣ Halloween memories… Costumes, laughter, sugar highs, and a full heart.

You know those moments when you want to burn it all down 🔥

When you catch yourself thinking, “when is this finally going to click?”

I’ve been there.
In those moments, I would find myself frustrated, questioning everything, even asking God, “when is it all going to click?” 🙏

And what I didn’t realize was that energy, that controlling, impatience, questioning everything was pulling me deeper into lack.
When I focused on what wasn’t working, I started to see more of what wasn’t working.

And in the process, I was missing all the ways things were already moving in my favor.
✨ The opportunities God had already placed in front of me
✨ The ideas that were already taking shape
✨ The evidence that it was working.
I just wasn’t available to feel it.

Because how you feel drives how you show up.
And how you show up shapes your results and your reality

That’s the power of your subconscious mind and the wisdom of your body when they align, your energy shifts, and what you attract begins to align too.

And that’s when things start to click…

In business, it’s so easy to keep moving the goalpost.

You hit the milestone you once prayed for… and almost instantly your mind jumps to what’s next because it never seems to be enough.

That’s where I found myself … constantly reaching, it never really feeling like enough.
Even with a daily gratitude list, I realized most days I was writing what I was thankful for but not actually feeling it.

And because I wasn’t feeling it, I kept operating from lack…
the quiet whisper of “it’s still not enough.”
The tightening in my chest before opening my bank account.
The rush to do more before allowing myself to truly celebrate.

It felt like I was saying, “Thank you, God… but where’s the rest?” 🙏

Everything shifted when I learned to feel gratitude in my body, not just think about it in my mind.
To breathe it in until it became an anchor instead of check the box exercise. ✨

And from that place, I started showing up differently…
