Its going to get cold tonight with possible frost. Frost kills seedlings and harms blooming or budding fruit trees.
Worried about your babies? Cover any tender plants with plastic or tarp before tonight.
The rain should end from west to east into this evening. A clearing sky will lead to frost across much of the area later tonight. Warmer weather returns by midweek with showers possible.

π³ Have you ever heard of Hugelkultur? π³
Its a German style of gardening that uses logs, yard scraps, leaf litter & flipped grass to create a mounded raised bed.
Hugelkultur draws from a process that happens in nature - it creates healthy soil that contributes to the overall health of the ecosystem.
The interior of the mound stays warm (it experiences the full range of the sun) and composts itself, releasing carbon, nitrogen and other nutrients into the soil.
Even better, no tilling is required before planting! π±πΏπ
