Documents obtained from the Minneapolis Police Department reveal details about ICE’s activities in the city prior to and after the shooting deaths of Renée Good and Alex Pretti.
----
Caller called 911 to report someone was breaking in, then added it was ICE agents. No MPD response.
Per caller, ICE was at front door. The “broke in” and took their father. 2 callers reporting this. No MPD response.
Multiple instances of ICE breaking into someones house to kidnap them and MPD stood by. O'Hara said that if ICE was breaking the law or violating Minneapolis residents civil rights, then MPD would intervene.
----
MPD and the Hennepin County Sheriff's Office are complicit. They were quiet about what ICE was doing, and eventually started outwardly protecting them and taking over their campaign of violence against observers and protestors.
This was the biggest test of their integrity as supposed public service officers of the peace, and they defied their sworn duty.
Emails Reveal Details About ICE Surge in Minneapolis
Police logs say an ICE agent was “trapped in his car” and pelted with snowballs. Police also logged numerous calls about ICE agents patrolling schools and allegedly “harassing children.”

🚨 BREAKING: DHS didn’t “run out of money.” It moved it.
Over $310M quietly redirected to ICE — pulled from disaster response and cybersecurity.
FEMA and CISA drained… while those same agencies now face shutdown chaos.
This wasn’t a shortage. It was a choice.

BREAKING: DHS Quietly Redirected Millions to ICE While Critical Agencies Face Shortfalls
During a March 25 House Homeland Security hearing, lawmakers revealed that U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) has received over $310 million in internal transfers from other Department of Homeland Security (DHS) agencies.
That includes:
* $143 million from Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA)
* $32 million from Federal Emergency Management Agency
These weren’t accidents. They were documented budget reprogrammings—a deliberate shift of funds away from cybersecurity and disaster response toward immigration enforcement.
Context:
Lawmakers argue this pattern exposes a broader priority inside DHS: ICE gets funded, while agencies responsible for disaster relief and national cyber defense are stretched thin.
Now, during the DHS shutdown, those same underfunded agencies are being pushed even further—left unpaid or operating without resources.
Bottom line:
Money didn’t disappear. It was moved. And where it landed tells you exactly what leadership values.

The lawsuit, which includes Attorney General Keith Ellison, Hennepin County Attorney Mary Moriarty and Bureau of Criminal Apprehension (BCA) Superintendent Drew Evans as named plaintiffs, challenges the U.S. Justice and Homeland Security departments’ authority to withhold evidence related to the shootings of Renee Good, Alex Pretti and Julio Sosa-Celis.
