LETS PLAY HOCKEY!
Alright F45’ers, we know a bunch of you play hockey and it’s time for us to meet out on the ice for a game of 3v3! Team Corey will take on Team Adam to claim the crown as F45 3v3 Champion! The game will take place on Feb. 18th at 8pm at Minnesota Made in St. Louis Park. We are suggesting an experience level of playing organized hockey until 14 or older and still put on the skates occasionally to get some ice time. Full lower body equipment, helmets and elbow pads are required.
There will be a draft to select teams. To enter yourself as an eligible player to be drafted, fill out the form (link in below) and we will reach out to you to confirm details and let you know which team you were drafted by!
Get those skates sharpened and stick tapped up! See you on the ice.
Spectators are welcome and encouraged to come watch!
Post game happy hour details to be announced 🙂

A refreshing salad recipe to try out this weekend 🙌
Method:
1. Place chicken marinade in a bowl and stir to combine. Place chicken strips in marinade and toss to cover.
2. Heat a pan on medium-high on the stove top and cook chicken strips. Stir occasionally for about five minutes or until cooked through.
3. Place mint, cilantro, carrot, cabbage, edamame, cucumber and apple in a bowl and mix all ingredients together.
4. Divide the salad mixture between two bowls. Top each salad with half of the chicken, sesame seeds and peanuts.
5. In a jar, combine the dressing ingredients.
6. Pour half the dressing on one bowl and serve. Reserve the remaining dressing for the remaining serve and dress when ready to eat. Enjoy!
