The Twin Cities' school of Seizankai Toyama Ryu Japanese swordsmanship
Meeting at the Center for Blade Arts, we teach the Toyama style of battojutsu ("sword-drawing") Japanese swordsmanship, first developed for the Imperial Japanese Army in 1925. Registration is now Live for the 2026 Midwest Seminars and Shinsas July 11&12 in Minneapolis Minnesota! Participants will have the opportunity to train and test in 3 different styles. Japanese Toyama Iaido Renmei Federation (ZNTIR), Japanese Batto Federation (ZNBDR) and the United States Batto Federation (USFBD).
