Shirley's Catering/Swede Hollow Cafe were honored to cater at Alliance Francaise' "Mois de la Francophonie 2025" in Minneapolis this evening.

It was our pleasure to be among other local AANHPI vendors at tonight's (Monday, Nov 4, 2024) screening of "Photographic Justice: The Corky Lee Story" at the Minnesota History Center.

It has been a blessing and honor to help provide prepared meals for the Elders Lodge these past couple of weeks with the support of M Health Fairview and Eastside Elders. The gratitude these senior residents have shown has been incredibly touching and we are very fortunate to have helped in what little way we can during this bleak time. Thank you and on behalf of my family to yours, we send you lots of love and positivity 💜
