Last day teaching before maternity leave. 🤍

Started the morning with my Klass Krew — coffee from Caphin, a walk, and then one last class together before baby girl arrives.

I’m not gonna lie. It hit different today.

This is what showing up for each other looks like at KLASS. That’s my Krew. That’s my room.

I’ll be back. But today was everything!

I spent years in rooms that never quite fit.

A photo shoot where I didn’t belong, a desk job where my body
refused to sit still, and studio jobs where something was
always a little off and I could never explain why!

Then February 2024 I got called into a meeting and genuinely
thought I was getting in trouble. Walked out as the buyer! Our
Valentine’s Day dinner turned into a business meeting and three
days later it was done!

KLASS had been my room since 2019. It just needed to be mine.

So here’s what I built! A dance and fitness studio in St. Louis
Park for women in the messy middle. The ones running on
autopilot. The ones who used to dance, used to move, used to
feel like themselves — and stopped. The ones who have it
together on paper but know something is missing.

No before-and-afters. No earning your food. No toxic
results-only culture. No shame dressed up as motivation.

Just a room where you get to show up exactly as you are and
take up the whole thing!

That’s KLASS. And honestly? I built it because I needed it.
