Structural assessments and muscle mechanics are essential, but the real magic happens when you bridge the gap between technical knowledge and professional practice.

In our latest blog, we dive into the fifth and final pillar of The BioMechanics Method: Corrective Exercise Program Design. Learn how to move beyond “picking exercises on the fly” and start creating strategic, long-term plans that transform lives.

We are officially at Step 4 of our corrective exercise series!

By now, you know how to assess imbalances and identify the muscles involved. Now, it’s time to talk about the tools.

A great corrective exercise library is a clinical resource that allows you to pivot the moment a client struggles. Learn how to look past the “obvious” stretch and start coaching for movement integrity.

Next up: Program Design. But first, let’s master the exercise selection.

Whether you’re working with a client dealing with chronic pain or a nagging injury, the physical “fix” is only half the battle. Often, the biggest hurdle is rebuilding the confidence they’ve lost in their own body.

The secret to life-changing results isn’t just picking the right exercise—it’s the timing and order of when you introduce it.

In our latest blog, Justin Price breaks down the proprietary three-stage sequencing from The BioMechanics Method Corrective Exercise Specialist certification to help clients achieve maximum results in the shortest time:
· Phase 1: Regenerate and Release – Why self-massage is the ultimate entry point for anxious clients.
· Phase 2: Realign and Lengthen – The logical progression from passive to dynamic stretching.
· Phase 3: Strengthen and Integrate – Building functional strength on top of a restored foundation (and why skipping to this phase early often fails).

Stop strengthening dysfunction and start following a logical order of healing.

Think of your muscles less like rigid levers and more like bungee cords.

Most of us were taught that muscles just “contract” to move bones. But in real life, your muscles’ most important job is actually lengthening to slow you down and protect your joints.

If your “bungee cords” are stuck or weak, that’s when the pain starts. Check out our latest blog from Justin Price – creator of The BioMechanics Method Corrective Exercise Specialist certification program (available from NETA) to learn the difference between “textbook” anatomy and functional movement.
