STUDY GROUP
📚 Join us for our June Radical Study Group series! We will read about and discuss the theme Pleasure & Liberation, honoring our Black and brown q***r lineages just in time for Pride Month.

💜In this study group, we will discuss themes such as imperialism, anti-blackness, and criminalization to make sense of how different communities respond to violence. For June, we will look to q***r Black and brown authors writing on themes of pleasure, eroticism, love and joy to help understand and co-create a vision of what is possible.

🪻This study group is hosted by REP’s Radical Ecosystem Pods team. We will gather in-person to collectively read and discuss a selected text. Our schedule dates are
*  Tuesday, June 2nd 5-7 PM
* Tuesday, June 9th 5-7 PM
* Tuesday, June 16th 5-7 PM

🌟 June 2nd, we will be reading “Uses of the Erotic” by Audre Lorde at Loring Park — check out our recent Instagram posts for more details, including our meeting spot and our back-up plan for inclement weather.

🌼No pre-reading or registration is required. Sessions will use the following agenda:
1. Open the space at 5 PM
2. Welcome & check-in at ~5:30 PM
3. Group read aloud of text
4. Discussion & reflection
5. Closing at 7 PM
