Thank you, Minnesota Financial Empowerment Initiative - MNFEI, for an engaging Lunch & Learn series with our Women Building Futures participants! Together, we're helping women entering the trades build the skills, confidence, and financial knowledge they need to succeed.

MNFEI is proud to announce we wrapped up a successful financial education Lunch and Learn series with the Women Building Futures program at Summit Academy OIC!

The participants were engaged, asked thoughtful questions, and brought great energy to the conversation. We’re grateful for the opportunity to support these future leaders as they build financial confidence and prepare for what’s ahead.

A quick look into our Carpentry and Electrician trainings as we get closer to the end of our term. Our phase 2 students have been working hard to end their training on a strong note. From completing their projects, participating in hiring fairs to start their journey in the workforce.

Summit Academy is grateful to Bank of America for their generous investment in our Career & Technical Education trainings in construction, IT, financial services, and healthcare.

Their support will help expand access to our industry-aligned training, academic support, career advising, and hands-on resources they need to prepare for family-sustaining careers.

Last week, we kicked off our first-ever GED to CTE Fair here at Summit Academy. An event made to introduce our career and technical education trainings to both current and former GED students. Students were encouraged to bring along family and friends. It was wonderful seeing many familiar faces!
