What in the world is happening here? If all the continents were erased off a globe, could you put them all back in exactly the right places? Our 4th and 5th graders can! We caught them coloring continents today, ready to glue to their paper mache globes at just the right angles. After paining the oceans, the finished products will make their world premier later this week!

You might say our students were really digging today’s composting lesson in Health & Wellness—thanks to a hands-on lesson from Clackamas County, Oregon, kids got up close and personal with some creepy crawlies who can eat more than half their body weight in food each day. No de-bait about it-- that’s a lot of waste kept out of landfills!
