All too often, our students and families face a bias that education is not as important as family. The reality is that family and education are both valued equally for different reasons, with education and family being interdependent.

Hawaiʻi is home to many different hybridized culinary delights. Shoyu Chicken is not a hybrid recipe, but it is definitely a go-to dish for large gatherings or easy dinners.
