Reel Women

Reel Women members and anyone interested in joining our club! Tonight we'll be screening The Babadook at 6PM in the basement of Mitchell Hall, room B-75. Come on down and and break into Halloween season with club members and club officers! Reel Women is open to all genders and is welcoming new members. This year our club wants to hold production workshops, pop-up filmmaking events, animation activities and more. Reel Women seeks to educate, empower and support marginalized student filmmakers before entering the film industry so they have the tools and the confidence to thrive.

Come join us for our first in-person meeting next Monday, October 4th at 6:30 !!! ⭐️🌈 The topic is diversity in animation with Maribel! Everyone will also get to make their own short stop motion film ☺️ hope to see y’all there. Bring a mask! We’ll be in Mitchell Hall B18.

Can you believe it’s the end of the semester!? - We want to inform you that our last meeting for fall will be next Wednesday, December 11th. Important to note that we are meeting a little earlier than usual. Come have some fun and wish each other a Happy Holiday! ⛄️🎄

Keep studying and finalizing those projects, and we will see you soon!

Happy National Hispanic Heritage Month! (September 15th - October 15th) Lets all celebrate diversity, and specifically recognize the contributions, history, and culture of Hispanic and Latino Americans within our communities during this time!
