Qualifications as Lead Teacher:
The person selected for this position must be at least 18 years of age, High School graduate, and meet the child daycare requirements. The applicant must be at a minimum level 12 for the Registry. Also, have a strong desire to work with children. This person must have a warm, nurturing, and friendly personality, be sensitive to the feelings and needs of others, be able to relate well with children and be willing to fulfill her/his responsibilities in accordance with Baby Steps philosophy. Care requires a team approach, therefore this person must have a mature attitude that allows her/him to communicate effectively, problem-solve and anticipate the needs of her/his fellow workers. An educational degree in early childhood and is preferred.

Pay Range: $16.00 - $22.00 per hr.
Hours: Monday through Friday
Benefits: two weeks paid vacation and nine paid holidays
