Feeling stressed about the Common App and upcoming due dates? That's totally natural, and you're not alone! It's crazy to think about trying to tell someone everything there is to know about you in just 650 words—especially when you're still trying to figure out who you are.
If starting your essay feels like an impossible task, you can always fall back on brainstorming!
Writing about yourself becomes much easier when you think of a particular moment from your life that shows something about who you are, what you care about, or what you believe in.
If you can make that moment into a story, you can draw your readers in while still conveying who you are and how you've grown! Try to think of a story to tell for each prompt. The questions below will help you out.
