I have an arsenal of cookbooks in my home, but these are my most used ones in the bakery. Most of the pages are dog eared and stained with batter.

I know digital recipes are all the rage now, but in my opinion, there’s nothing like having recipes in print form.

Tell me—what are your favorite baking cookbooks? I’m also looking to add to my collection!

You can be the best planner, the most organized, and very efficient. But sometimes none of that matters when a storm pops up on your 100% chance of sun event. You can market like a champ and then wake up with a stomach bug that is quickly spreading to everyone in your family. And how much do you even bake for an event that you’ve never been to before?

You will get better and better at predicting, planning, and having a backup plan when things don’t go the right way. Remember, some things you just can’t control or predict!!
