We will be offering a demo class for Kindergarten - 2nd graders for our Rhythm Kids class! We learn rhythm patterns on the djembes, play musical games, move our bodies to the music, create our own rhythm patterns, and more. I am a firm believer of continuing this “musical play” before beginning formal lessons. The group environment is more engaging for young learners, and music is meant to be made… together! Our Rhythm Kids are building a solid foundation in rhythm and tonal competence (keeping a steady beat and singing in tune) that will help them to be successful in any future musical endeavors. We'd love to have you try a class this Thursday at 4:45 to see for yourself!
