Hey heroes! A friendly reminder we will be closed Monday, September 5th for Labor Day. Enjoy the holiday with friends and family and we will see you back on Tuesday September 6th!

It's the weekend Heroes, and we hope you are enjoying your free time! Next week is the last week to test as August comes to a close.

We will also be pulling our winning raffle tickets for the $50 gift cards, so make sure you continue to enter those tickets.

IMPORTANT- Our gym will be closed Monday, September 5, LABOR DAY. We will not be having any classes on that day, so please adjust your calendars to another class time.

As we near the end of June, the word we are focusing on is CONTROL. A superhero shows control by not using their powers for evil. We show control by being respectful to our partners while training on the mat!

To celebrate the 4th of July 🇱🇷, we are throwing a coloring 🖍 contest! To enter, pick up a coloring sheet at Hero Martial Arts and color in the Hero shield with what you think the 4th of July will look like for you this year. Once complete, return the sheet back to us and we will hang it up! Whoever has the best-colored sheet will receive a special prize 🎁!
