I would say 95% of the work we do is done behind the scenes from this little office. (And usually while wearing the “office sweater” because the AC is freezing. 🥶😆) 10,000 decisions being made, and they all affect the next one. It’s the classic domino effect. But after all the dots are connected, everything makes perfect sense.
