My background: I have a BA in Mathematics degree from TTU. I have taught at Texas Tech University, Sylvan Learning, St. Ann's Catholic School, Texas Leadership Charter Academy, and am now teaching at Midland College.

Hello, all! My name is Jonathan Molina, and I am a local math tutor in the Midland, TX area. I graduated from Texas Tech University with Bachelor's degrees in Music and Mathematics (Summa Cum Laude). It was during my time as an undergraduate student that I developed my passion for sharing knowledge with today’s youth, leading me to work as an educator. Here is some more information about my background:
In 2021, I began to work as a professor’s assistant for college calculus classes at TTU.
In 2022, I worked for Sylvan Learning of Lubbock, one of the top tutoring centers in the country.
In 2023, I worked as a math interventionist at a private middle school and as an Algebra I teacher at a Title 1 high school, prepping students for the annual STAAR test.
And currently, I am working with Midland College as a GED math and science instructor.
In addition to test prep and homework help, each one of my students has an individualized learning plan that I create to monitor their progress and make each tutoring session as productive as possible. Whether your child is someone who has always struggled with math or wants an extra challenge, feel free to reach out!
