Meet one of our 2026 Texas Tech Alumni Association – Permian Basin Chapter Scholarship recipients, Lauren Ramos!

Lauren graduated as the Valedictorian of the Young Women’s Leadership Academy of Midland and will be attending Texas Tech University this fall, where she’ll pursue a degree in Mechanical Engineering.

Students like Lauren are the reason we do what we do. Every scholarship we award is made possible through the generosity of our supporters and the success of events like our upcoming Mahj & Matadors Fundraiser.

When you attend, sponsor, or donate, you’re helping outstanding West Texas students achieve their dreams of becoming Red Raiders.

Congratulations, Lauren! We can’t wait to see all you’ll accomplish. Wreck ’Em!

And this one, thank you!!!
A HUGE thank you to Case Corporate Housing for helping us get the Permian’s future Red Raiders sent off to the 806!

TTAA Permian Basin is just as much for the alumni of Texas Tech as it is for future students.
