Meet one of our 2026 Texas Tech Alumni Association – Permian Basin Chapter Scholarship recipients, Lauren Ramos!

Lauren graduated as the Valedictorian of the Young Women’s Leadership Academy of Midland and will be attending Texas Tech University this fall, where she’ll pursue a degree in Mechanical Engineering.

Students like Lauren are the reason we do what we do. Every scholarship we award is made possible through the generosity of our supporters and the success of events like our upcoming Mahj & Matadors Fundraiser.

When you attend, sponsor, or donate, you’re helping outstanding West Texas students achieve their dreams of becoming Red Raiders.
