DECA is an international organization dedicated to preparing emerging leaders and entrepreneurs for careers in marketing, finance, hospitality and management through situational role plays and the ex*****on of projects. This is an extra-curricular organization; however, the concepts needed to be a successful competitor in DECA are integrated into my classroom content as well. Those in a marketing class will be able to utilize class time to work on projects and prepare for competitions.

If your child is interested in any of these careers, this is an excellent organization for students to begin practicing and honing in on the skills necessary to be successful.
Our first meeting will be Sept. 25, 2023 in Mrs. Fontenot’s room # 86 and we encourage interested students to join us and ask questions! I will be there at 8am and after school until 4:50pm. There is an event for everyone!
