Come and Join Midland ISD Council of PTAs on February 27th for this awesome opportunity to be informed and ask questions.

You are invited to join us for a Straight Talk 2026 Watch Party. As one of Texas PTA’s signature advocacy events, Straight Talk provides our families and community members an opportunity to learn about a timely issue affecting children through a state-hosted, expert-led panel discussion.

The 2026 Straight Talk topic is “Raising the AI Generation: From Homework Help to Unforeseen Risks- What Every Family Should Know.”

As a council, we will stream the Texas PTA expert panel together and then shift into a local discussion focused on how this use of AI relates to our students, families, and schools.

The mission of PTA is to make every child's potential a reality by engaging, empowering, and ADVOCATING for all children.

We have challenged our PTA members to attend at least 2️⃣school board meetings for the 2025-26 school year. Will you be there on Tuesday?
