That used to be the belief that kept spinning in my mind. 💭

But here’s the truth:
𝘌𝘷𝘦𝘳𝘺𝘰𝘯𝘦 𝘪𝘴 𝘧𝘪𝘨𝘶𝘳𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘪𝘵 𝘰𝘶𝘵 𝘢𝘴 𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘺 𝘨𝘰, 𝘪𝘯𝘤𝘭𝘶𝘥𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘮𝘦.✨

Who is the most confident woman I know?
𝘚𝘩𝘦’𝘴 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘸𝘰𝘮𝘢𝘯 𝘸𝘩𝘰 𝘪𝘴 𝘯𝘰𝘵 𝘱𝘦𝘳𝘧𝘦𝘤𝘵. 𝘚𝘩𝘦’𝘴 𝘫𝘶𝘴𝘵 𝘢𝘤𝘤𝘦𝘱𝘵𝘦𝘥 𝘵𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘴𝘩𝘦’𝘴 𝘢 𝘣𝘦𝘢𝘶𝘵𝘪𝘧𝘶𝘭 𝘸𝘰𝘳𝘬 𝘪𝘯 𝘱𝘳𝘰𝘨𝘳𝘦𝘴𝘴, 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘵𝘩𝘢𝘵’𝘴 𝘰𝘬𝘢𝘺.

I was so busy celebrating, I forgot to post…

It was my 43rd birthday on Sunday! 🎉🥳🎂
⁣
I spent my morning with my dear friend and her beautiful daughter at a bookstore, enjoying a “𝘚𝘢𝘳𝘢𝘩-𝘴𝘵𝘺𝘭𝘦 𝘣𝘪𝘳𝘵𝘩𝘥𝘢𝘺.” Thank you to another dear friend , who gifted me a wonderful birthday book. 📚
⁣
I also video chatted with another dear friend, , who lives in France 🇫🇷, and later enjoyed dinner and cake 🎂 with my family to celebrate both my sister-in-law’s and my birthday.
⁣
I guess I was too busy 𝙡𝙞𝙫𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙞𝙣 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙢𝙤𝙢𝙚𝙣𝙩 to post on here. 🩷
⁣
In honor of turning 43, here are 10 𝙩𝙝𝙞𝙣𝙜𝙨 𝙄’𝙫𝙚 𝙡𝙚𝙖𝙧𝙣𝙚𝙙 𝙩𝙝𝙞𝙨 𝙮𝙚𝙖𝙧:
1️⃣ Even during hard times, joy still surrounds you.
2️⃣ There is always something to be grateful for.
3️⃣ It’s okay to let go of friendships that no longer serve you. True friends will be there for you no matter what.
4️⃣ Let go of what you can’t control because holding onto it only hurts you in the end.
5️⃣ Your mindset deeply impacts your physical, emotional, spiritual healing.
6️⃣ Fear can hold you back, but facing it builds unshakable confidence.
7️⃣ Deep breathing is one of the most powerful tools to help you when you face anxiety.
8️⃣ You can manifest anything you truly desire.
9️⃣ Abundance is all around. You just have to notice it.
🔟 Living in the moment helps you enjoy life so much more.

June photo dump.📱

🩷 Went to my old school to celebrate a dear coworker’s retirement.
🩷 Said goodbye to some of the best students I ever had and see you later to others.
🩷 Enjoyed lots of food and drinks out - gelato 🍨, baked goods and lemonade from the bakery I love, sangria with one of my good friends, and meals out.
🩷 Made some delicious meals and snacks at home.
🩷 Worked out at my gym classes and felt stronger than ever.
🩷 Shopped for furniture.
🩷 Saw a deer symbolizing ‘𝑛𝑒𝑤 𝑏𝑒𝑔𝑖𝑛𝑛𝑖𝑛𝑔𝑠.’
🩷 Have some exciting to share soon…

Unfortunately, I also had a stressful end of the school year, and as a result, I had to cancel my trip to visit a good friend of mine. I also ended up having my ball of the feet pain come back. 😩

I’m hopeful that it’ll get better quicker this time.

Life is full of ups and downs, but I choose to remain hopeful through the trying times. Even during the difficult days, there is still so much to be thankful for. Joy always surrounds me too.

It’s that time again! 😀

Let’s get to know your favorite holistic life coach, Meena!

I’m an elementary special education teacher 👩🏻‍🏫 during the day, and I absolutely love watching my students learn and grow. I call them “my kids” and remind them that I’m their “work mommy” because I cares for them just like their own mommies. 🩷

Some fun facts about me…
🩷 I’m vegetarian. 🌱
🩷 My parents are from India. 🇮🇳
🩷 I love to sing 🎤 and once sang karaoke to over 1000 people in a cruise!
🩷 I also love to dance and got on the table at the same cruise and danced on it. 💃
🩷 Attending exercise classes is a huge part of me. 🏋🏻‍♀️
🩷 I love Mexican food. 🌮
🩷 I’m a huge dessert fanatic and especially love anything chocolate. 🍫
🩷 Even on my hardest days, I try to live life with joy.

As your day comes to an end, take a moment to check in with yourself:
✨ Am I excited to wake up tomorrow – beyond just looking forward to Friday?
✨ Am I living a life that truly fulfills me?
✨ If nothing changes, will I be happy a year from now?
