Ballerz Labz offers small group soccer training for ages 7-18. We currently offer training at Sports Central (4113 White Top Rd. Middleburg, PA 17842) on Wednesday & Sunday evenings.

If you're looking to be at your best when the high school season begins, this is the camp for you. Players will train with Ballerz Director Coach Z and Bloomsburg University Women's Assistant Coach Faith Diffenbacher, gaining insight into what it takes to compete at the next level.

Whether your goal is to earn more varsity minutes, prepare for college soccer, or simply become a more complete player, we'll cover the technical, tactical, physical, and mental aspects of the game.

Happy Father’s Day to all the Ballerz Dads!

To the dads who show up early, stay late, and somehow end up carrying everything the moms ask them to. The masters of the canopy setup, the wagon pullers, the chair haulers, and the unofficial equipment managers.

To the grill masters, the sideline coaches (whether anyone asked or not 😆), the GPS navigators, and the ones who spend their weekends turning miles into memories.

Thank you for the countless car rides, the endless support, the post-game talks, the encouragement after tough losses, and the celebrations after big wins.

Whether you're setting up tents in the rain, chasing soccer balls in the parking lot, or proudly cheering from the sidelines, your dedication does not go unnoticed.
