I Love You More Healing

I Love You More Healing A space to remember, honor, and heal 🤍
Grief support for those navigating loss
In loving memory of Skylar, Sophie & Julianna

November 4, 2012 changed my life forever. At 12:40 a.m., my oldest daughter Skylar (16), along with two of her friends, Sophie (17) and Julianna (14), were killed in a car accident. This space was originally created to honor their lives and keep their memory alive — and that will always remain at the heart of it 🤍

Over time, my journey through grief has led me to a deeper purpose. What began as a

place to remember has grown into a space to support others who are navigating loss. Today, I offer grief support for those who are walking through the unimaginable — providing a place for real conversation, understanding, and connection. There is no timeline for grief and no “right” way through it, but you don’t have to go through it alone. www.iloveyoumorehealing.com

Caregiving is love in one of its most selfless forms. But it can also be exhausting in ways that are hard to explain unless you’ve lived it.

You spend so much time worrying about appointments, medications, decisions, changes, and what tomorrow might bring. You’re trying to be strong for someone you love while quietly carrying fear, sadness, exhaustion and sometimes grief of your own.

And somewhere in the middle of caring for everyone else, it becomes very easy to forget about yourself.

Caregiver burnout is real. Taking an hour for yourself, asking for help, going for a walk, seeing a friend, resting, laughing, or simply stepping away for a little while does not mean you love them any less.

You matter, too.

If you are caring for someone you love right now, please remember: you deserve the same compassion and care you so freely give to everyone else. 🤍

And if no one has told you lately — you’re doing a beautiful job in a really hard season.

Joy is not a betrayal of your grief. 🤍

One of the hardest things many grieving people face is the moment they laugh again.

But here’s what I have learned:

Love and grief can exist alongside joy.

Your healing does not diminish the love you have for the person you lost.

You don’t honor them by staying stuck in sadness forever.

You honor them by carrying their love with you as you continue living.

Today, we honor the brave men and women who gave their lives in service to our country. 🇺🇸

May is Mental Health Awareness Month 🤍

A reminder that healing isn’t weakness.
Rest isn’t laziness.
And asking for help is never something to be ashamed of.

Be gentle with yourself.
You are carrying more than most people can see.

You matter. 🤍
