Checked in this morning with our .undefeatable champ .f.b and she’s definitely on track. We’ve made some great progress in the past few weeks since we started and we will continue to do so. We have not picked a show yet but we will soon so stay tuned! 💪🏆

Working two jobs and long shifts as a nurse during this crazy time and still manage to get her workouts done, get her meals in and stay positive and on track both mentally and physically, and I can keep going...

What a great weekend! I just want to take a moment and thank and for putting up an amazing show during this crazy time and congratulating team and all the athletes competed this weekend. Y’all did a great job. Thank you all for the love and support and can’t wait to see you all again soon 🙏❤️
