The kind of person who starts ten projects,
buys three planners,
watches twenty tutorials…
and finishes none.

The word comes from Latin perdere:
to lose,
to waste.

But today I’d also like you to meet her distant cousin:
the lapidary.

From Latin lapis,
stone.

A lapidary statement is brief,
precise,
and powerful.

While the wastrel spends words…
the lapidary carves them in stone.

And you…
