Congratulations to our Panthers for scoring the Academic Excellence Award from FIU Business for their case competition at the KPMG HSI Battle of the Brains competition last October.

Out of 18 other competing universities, their team won "Best Deliverables."

Their journey to the competition brought them together to work outside of their comfort zones and connected them with valuable opportunities, including networking with recruiters from major employers like Apple, Dell, Visa and Amazon.

To help inspire his students to analyze problems and develop solutions in their business process analysis class, Chris Ellis has them put down the books and fly paper airplanes instead.
