Last week, I volunteered at the inaugural Early Childhood Blueprint Summit presented by 🧸💛🐣🌎

Not only was it a space aligning policy, practice, and community—but it was personal. I met a conference buddy, got to see my mentor, and was surrounded by experts and vets in this field who have been doing this work long before me.

I’m leaving inspired, grounded, and even more committed to creating change. More ways to get involved coming soon ✨

Grateful to have attended the 4th Annual Earth Day Gala a couple weeks ago—such an incredible experience. I left feeling inspired, deeply connected, and yes… a little sweaty from the dance floor. 💃🏾💛🐣

Today, Jasmine Godbolt, Founding CEO of Nesting Nannies, proudly graduated from the NC Boards & Commission Fellowship — a six-month leadership program designed to cultivate tomorrow’s community changemakers.

Jasmine is in a season where she’s not only talking about change but actively creating it. Her work and advocacy are deeply rooted in her commitment to supporting children, families, and marginalized communities whose voices often go unheard.

Having lost many of the elders who shaped her village over the past three years, Jasmine continues to honor their legacy of love and service through her leadership and purpose-driven work.

We’re incredibly proud of Jasmine’s continued growth and dedication to leaving this world better than she found it — a mission that aligns deeply with the heart of Nesting Nannies. 💛

Heyyy Nesting Community 🐣 This week, I completed a 3-day training focused on reducing secondary trauma and deepening my understanding of self-regulation in the workplace. The program centered on five key skill domains that help transition from dysregulation to conscious control—allowing us to stay calm, grounded, and fully present while engaging in our work.

I’m truly grateful to be part of an organization that values continuous learning and professional growth. Excited to keep expanding my knowledge and applying these tools to lead, support, and empower others. 💪🏾💫
