This year’s READ ON Awards was extra special.

Our annual READ ON Awards celebrates the incredible number of books our students read throughout the school year.

Byron Jones, former NFL Dolphin superstar, helped make the day even more memorable. He brought a generous gift for CARE Elementary, with a fun, friendly basketball challenge adding energy and excitement to the celebration.

For the past two years, Byron has invested in our 4th and 5th grade boys as a mentor—encouraging them, challenging them, and reminding them of their potential. His continued presence in their lives made this celebration even more meaningful.

From eating a healthy breakfast to slowing down and reading each question carefully, these habits support students as they continue growing and learning each day. At CARE, benchmark testing is one of the many tools we use to better understand how to support every student academically.

This year’s CARE Elementary Science Fair focused on AI and the Future. Our VPK through 5th grade students explored how technology is shaping the world around us.

Topics included the future of farming, AI transportation, telehealth, generative AI, gaming, and social media.

This was more than a science fair. It was a chance for students to speak in front of a real audience. Each student presented their project in front of the entire school and their parents, practicing public speaking and sharing their ideas with confidence.

We are proud of how thoughtfully our students researched their topics and how bravely they stood up to present. This is what learning looks like at CARE Elementary.

A sneak peek into a day in the life of our CARE Elementary kindergarteners!

We are so proud of how much our students accomplish every single day. From mastering reading and building strong math foundations to exploring the world through STEAM and virtual reality, our kindergarten students are engaged, curious, and excited to learn every single day.
Yes—even our youngest learners are using VR headsets to experience hands-on, immersive learning that brings lessons to life.

But it’s not all tech and textbooks! We know active bodies make active minds, which is why daily PE is a crucial part of our routine to build healthy habits, motor skills, and teamwork.

We also take the stress out of testing. Through thoughtful benchmark assessments, we carefully track each child’s academic growth, celebrate their milestones, and make sure every single student gets the support they need to thrive.

At CARE Elementary, we combine strong academics, technology, and a Christ-centered foundation to help every child grow in confidence, character, and purpose.
