Today, our Home Health Aide students learned about the Blue Zones—places where people commonly live healthy, fulfilling lives into their 90s and 100s.

They discovered that great caregiving isn’t just about helping people live longer—it’s about helping them live better. As future caregivers, they have the power to encourage purpose, connection, dignity, and joy in the lives of the elderly they serve.
